We will place your
order "On Hold" until we receive either the prescription or the OK from
your Veterinarian to dispense the medication. Your credit card
will not be charged until we ship your item.

Request Form, attach your pets RX and fax it to us at (877)
770-7550. You can also scan your RX and email it to
sales@buypetmedicine.com. Be sure to include your name
and order number. |

fax (if available), your pets name, and your pets species (ex.
cat or dog). We will contact your Veterinarian to OK the
