Shipping Policy. We ship based on a flat rate per order. Rates
stay the same regardless of how many items you order. (May not apply to
overnight shipping depending upon how many items are being ordered). All
orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours if placed on a business day. If
the item is not in stock, you will be notified with 1 to 2 business days.
Prescription orders may take longer to ship because of the verification process.

Please note, Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service, 2-4 days is the average
delivery turn-around time once your order leaves our facility. If you placed a
prescription order and requested we contact your veterinarian for its
authorization, please do not expect your order to be delivered 2-4 days after
you placed it. Although most veterinarians do approve prescriptions the same
day, some orders require multiple calls to your veterinarian before they approve
the prescription. Situations like these will cause your order to take longer than 2-4
days to be delivered.
** OVERNIGHT SHIPPING -
Overnight shipping is available for all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight orders may ship via USPS, FEDEX, DHL or UPS.
Restrictions: Prescription orders
will only ship overnight upon receipt of the prescription. Therefore, overnight
prescription orders may take more than 24 hours to arrive. There is no weekend
delivery, so orders shipped Friday overnight will arrive Monday.
There are size limits for overnight orders. Generally, the maximum size is 3 items. If you have selected overnight shipping and your order
is too large, your order will be shipped USPS Priority instead and the overnight fee
will not be charged.
For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available. If this is
the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be credited
to you before shipping.
